How do I care for my R&R?
Important Caring Instructions
All Stone, Crystal, Bead, and Shell creations are handmade and made from natural and fragile elements, which makes them more prone to cracks or damage if they aren't properly cared for.
We highly suggest the following caring instructions; do not submerge in water as it may alter the colors and textures, store in a cool and dry place, do not sleep with pieces on as adding extra weight, tugging, or pressure may cause natural elements to tear, crack or break. Performing the suggested caring instructions will help to ensure a longer lifespan.
Can my items be replaced if they are damaged or broken?
All sales are final - items are fragile. Please note, if your creations are not mindfully cared for, there is a possibility that the stones, beads, or shells could crack or break. The only approval to replace your items is if your creations are damaged upon package delivery. If your creations break due to natural everyday wear and tear, we have many unique, one-of-a-kind creations on our "Shop" page to choose from.
How is my R&R one of a kind & different from others?
Each piece is uniquely crafted by hand. Every gemstone, bead, shell, wire, and cording material are one-of-a-kind and like no other in the world. Cherish your piece. Due to the nature of the materials, each piece has special characteristics, such as markings, colors, textures, or frays. The cutting and polishing of the stones make every piece vary in color and size. The cording lengths and sizing also vary but have been mindfully cut and sized. Wrap bracelets/chokers have a tie (knot or bow) closure feature so that every piece can fit any wrist, neck, ankle, or hat rim.
Are all bracelets the same size or length?
Each cording creation length will vary. Our creators craft the length in mind for each type of design. Our closure features (tie or slide bead) make our creations adjustable to fit any wrist, neck, ankle, or hat. For beaded bracelets, the sizes and number of beads will be listed in the product size description.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept electronic credit cards and PayPal via our website or at local events.
Can I shop R&R creations in-person?
You can shop most of our beautiful R&R creations on our website, however, you can find us occasionally at local markets and events in SWFL in October - April. If you live or are vacationing in SWFL (Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Naples, or Marco Island), we would love to see and meet you at our local events.
