All sales are final as each piece is hand-crafted, unique and one of a kind.

REPLACEMENT & DAMAGED ITEMS 

If your items are damaged during delivery, our team is happy to discuss a plan on how to replace your item. All gemstones, beads, and cording are all one of a kind so we will try our best to gracefully recreate the piece you originally purchased.

Please note, if your fragile creations are not mindfully cared for (find recommended Caring Instructions on our "Policies" page), there is a possibility that the stones, beads, or shells could crack or break. The only approval to replace your items is if your creations are damaged in transit when the package is shipped and delivered. If your creations break due to natural everyday wear and tear, we have many unique, one-of-a-kind creations to choose from on our "Shop" page.

If your beaded bracelet breaks, we are happy to restring it at no cost

within 1-year of purchase. You will be in charge of shipping delivery costs and we will cover the shipping costs to deliver back to you once items are repaired.

SHIPPING

We utilize USPS Priority Mail Shipping Services with tracking numbers. The R&R Team will do our best to ensure that your package gets delivered to you safely and in a timely manner.

If you are local in SWFL, we occasionally have booths at local farmer's markets, fresh market,s and other events.
